Quoting software for subcontractors who quote off plans.
Quote builders faster, and clearer. The plans come in from the builder's email, the take-off is priced at your own rates as you measure, and the quote goes out broken down by cost centre. Win it, and the same quote becomes the job.
Quotes from the take-off on the Take-off plan, from A$159/month ex GST on a 12-month term · jobs, claims and Xero on Studio

From the builder's email to a take-off, without the downloads.
On Studio, every company gets its own leads inbox. Forward the builder's email with the plans attached and they land on a new take-off for you, ready to measure. On the Take-off plan, drop the PDF set straight onto a take-off. Auto-assign reads every page and files it into your drawing sets, and the scale comes off the title block.
Measure it once. The quote is already priced.
Every item you measure is a prebuild, priced from its materials and labour at your rates with your markup, so each metre, square metre or count you draw is already a priced line. Watch the quote total move while you measure, without leaving the plan.
When it's done, one click sends it to a quote: cost centres become the quote's sections, items become line items with their quantities and rates, and your notes come along.
- Live quote preview while you measure
- Cost centres become quote sections
- Quantities and rates carried straight across
- Notes that print on the take-off or the quote
Consistent rates on every quote, with the margin in front of you.
Prebuilds live in your library, so two estimators quoting the same wall get the same price. Each one carries a markup or a set price and a live margin gauge, and the take-off shows the profit and margin on every priced line before the quote goes out.
Rates lock into the quote once it's made, so a later change to your library never moves a price you've already sent.
Broken down the way the building goes up.
The take-off report groups everything by cost centre, and the quote-format sheet shows level breaks and per-level totals, so an estimator can check one floor against the plans in minutes. Export the marked-up plan PDF and they can see exactly what you've measured, and what's not in the price.
The quote PDF carries your logo and ABN with clean line-item descriptions, and goes out with a link the builder can sign.
The quote becomes the job.
On Studio, an accepted quote becomes a job carrying every cost centre, line item and note. From there it's scheduled, the crew see the scope on their phones (never your prices), variations are captured on site, and progress claims go out by cost centre and push to Xero.

The ones we get asked.
Can I send the quote as a PDF with my logo?+
Yes. Quote PDFs carry your logo and ABN with clean line-item descriptions, and go out with a link the builder can sign.
Can I show inclusions and exclusions?+
Yes. Notes on an item print on the take-off or the quote, so your inclusions, exclusions and assumptions go out with the price. The marked-up plan PDF shows what was measured.
Does it work for my trade?+
Items, units, measure types and formulas are yours, so it measures any trade's scope. Auto take-off knows carpentry out of the box (frame, lock-up, fix, fit-off, cladding), and Find more like these learns any other item from two or three you measure.
What does it cost?+
The Take-off plan, with quotes from the take-off, is A$159 a month ex GST on a 12-month term (A$199 with no lock-in). Studio, the whole business from leads to invoices, is A$319 a month plus A$20 per field licence.
Can I bring my price list across?+
Yes. If you're coming off another system, we'll bring your price list and labour rates across. See the Migrations page.
Bring a real job. We’ll run it with you.
Half an hour on a screen share with one of your own plan sets. You’ll know by the end whether it fits.
