Job management software for trade businesses, connected to Xero.
Quote, job, schedule, field app, variations, progress claims and invoices on one thread, with two-way Xero sync. Built for trade businesses that work for builders, from a handful of carpenters to a 25-plus crew.
Studio from A$319/month ex GST on a 12-month term, plus A$20 per field licence (first 2 free) · MYOB in the coming months

Quote → job → cost centres → line items → invoices.
The moment a quote is accepted it becomes a job carrying every cost centre, line item, markup, document and note. Cost centres behave like mini-jobs inside the job, each with its own parts and labour, quantities from the take-off, schedule and lock, so you can freeze the scope on the stages that are done.
Statuses, stages, retention, scope documents, variations, POs, photos and invoices all sit on the job's timeline, so nobody digs through emails to find what was agreed six weeks ago.
The runsheet your leading hand will actually open.
A week grid of days across and your crew down, plus day, month and job-focus views. Drag a shift from one carpenter to another and it moves on their phone in seconds. Every block is booked to a job and a cost centre, so the labour cost rolls straight up to the job's margin.

The crew's whole day, on the phone in their pocket.
Their schedule and who they're working with, the job's quoted scope (line items and quantities, never your prices), the plans full screen, photos straight from the camera, end-of-day timesheets against the cost centre they were spent on, leave requests, and SWMS signed on the phone.
Extra work gets logged on site with the hours by labour type and the site manager's signature, and lands in the office's variations inbox ready to price.

Every variation priced and paid, every claim on time.
The variations tracker splits what's being charged from what's being absorbed, and one click on a chargeable variation raises it on the job and creates the invoice with the crew's notes carried through.
Progress claims are cumulative per cost centre (contract amount, previously claimed, this claim) with retention tracked separately, and every PDF goes out with your logo, ABN and terms.

Two-way, native, no middleware.
Invoices push to Xero with their contacts and line items, POs raised in XGrafter turn up in Xero as bills, and payments received in Xero mark the XGrafter invoice as paid. The dashboard pulls a live P&L from Xero, and the cashflow forecast is built from your active jobs' stage dates and your invoice pipeline.
Leave balances come off the payslips in Xero, the crew request leave from site, and approved leave goes through to Xero Payroll. MYOB is coming in the next few months.
- Invoices, contacts, POs and payments in sync
- Live P&L on the dashboard
- Cashflow forecast from your real pipeline
- Leave balances and approved leave with Xero Payroll
The ones we get asked.
Does it work with Xero?+
Yes, two ways. Invoices, contacts, POs (as bills) and payments sync with your own Xero account, and the dashboard shows a live P&L from Xero.
What about MYOB?+
MYOB is coming in the next few months. Until then XGrafter connects to Xero.
Can the crew use it on their phones?+
Yes. The field app works on any iPhone or Android phone, with App Store and Google Play versions on the way. The crew see their schedule, the scope and the plans, never your prices.
What does it cost?+
Studio is A$319 a month ex GST on a 12-month term (A$399 with no lock-in), with unlimited office logins. Field licences for the crew are A$20 a month each on a 12-month term, and the first 2 are free.
Can you move us off our current system?+
Yes. We bring your customers, price list and labour rates across, so you're not starting from a blank screen. See the Migrations page for how it works.

What the crew sees and does on their phone through a day on the tools.
