The platform was built inside a working Melbourne trade business. Twenty-five open jobs at any one time, eight employees on the tools, three in the office, a rotating cast of subbies. Every job runs through the platform end to end — from the take-off on the architect's PDF right through to the retention release invoice at practical completion.
A typical week: Monday morning the office publishes the runsheet — drag-and-drop across the week grid, saved once, live on eight phones inside a minute. Through the week the crew tap in variations from site with photos, confirm end-of-day timesheets against actual hours per cost centre, and the office watches margin move in real time on each active job. Nothing gets typed twice.
Progress claims go out at month-end — cumulative % per cost centre, one click to Xero, retention tracked separately. Will it work on my crew's dodgy phones?
Yes. The field app is built native, works offline, and is tested on the cheapest Android in the office.
What about my historical data?
We import contacts, jobs and open invoices from most existing platforms. We can't fix upstream data quality — nothing can — but we get the good stuff across.
